MUST HAVES:
• 8+ years of engineering experience in aseptic processing or equivalent in a FDA, USDA or PMO regulated industry
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
LOTO and line break safety procedures identification and development
Experience with process control of liquid or aseptic processes
PLUSSES:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Engineering or equivalent with experience in the food, beverage, dairy, or CPG industries, preferred
Experience with UHT / Aseptic operation in a food, beverage, or dairy plant
Knowledge on the use of AutoCAD
Knowledge on CIP systems, Hygienic Engineering, food industry GMPs
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Sr Process Engineer for one of our largest clients in Anderson, IN. The Process Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to operations. In this role, the individual will plan, design, implement and manage continuous improvement systems to enhance business objectives and operational performance. This may include developing processes and procedures for manufacturing and packaging, performing validation evaluations and writing/executing validation protocols. Additional responsibilities include developing and managing data collection systems for continuous feedback to production and maintenance as well as assist with the preparation and execution of capital and expense projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Experience in incorporating safety in the process/equipment design
• Project Management Experience in a Food Manufacturing facility
• Experience in processing line commissioning and startup
• Knowledge, understanding, and passion for continuous improvement methodologies.
• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including managers, technicians, operators and subject matter experts

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
